Geoclub is a collection of undergraduate and graduate students from across the entire campus geared towards those who are interested in learning more about Earth related topics such as climate change, pollution, fossils, rocks, and everything in between. Those who enjoy spending time outdoors and caring for the Earth are very welcome! We are looking to expand outside of the sciences and create an interdisciplinary Geoclub community, so invite your friends down in South Campus!

Having Fun
Geoclub welcomes attendees to our seminar series hosting post doc and grad student speakers.
We plan and participate in outreach events to foster positive connections between NU and the local community through visits to local schools where members have opportunities to share their research, as well as service projects such as local cleanup events and forest restoration/invasive species removal projects.

We organize social events and field trips so people can get to know one another better within our department and across departments.
